4 Codes of Conduct & Safeguarding

"The Club will ensure a duty of care to all members by adopting and implementing the WVFA 'Safe Hands' Safeguarding Policy, Football Equity & Equality Policy and Anti-Discrimination Code of Conduct, and any future versions of these Policies." — Constitution, Clause 2

5 Constitution & Rules — Acceptance

"All members will be subject to the regulations of the Constitution and by joining the Club will be deemed to accept these regulations and any Codes of Conduct that the Club has adopted." — Constitution, Clause 3.6

"The Committee may refuse membership, or remove it, only for good cause such as conduct or character likely to bring the Club or football into disrepute." — Constitution, Clause 3.4

6 Data Protection (GDPR)

"The Club will comply with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It will process personal data in accordance with its adopted Privacy/GDPR Policy, which sets out how the Club handles member information, retention periods, and the rights of individuals to access or erase their data." — Constitution, Clause 8.4

The Club will hold the information on this form to administer your membership, team selection, fixtures and Club communications. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the WVFA/FAW and its affiliated bodies, except where required by law. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the Club Secretary.
